Loadcraft provides its customers with a weekly progress report containing photos and completion percentage to keep them current on the status of their rig construction. This report starts with the initial engineering design and follows through the entire manufacturing process, including pull tests and other Quality Control points through to delivery.

Loadcraft has on staff a full time Customer Service Manager to support the customer's questions or needs during rig construction process plus 24/7 support following delivery of rig.
