We are happy with our four Loadcraft 550 Work-over rigs. We purchased our first rig from Loadcraft in 2005. I believe we took delivery on the first one off the assembly line. Loadcraft has gone above and beyond when it comes to Product Support. We never seem to break down at a good time. Grady (VP of Rigs) has made certain that we were up and running as soon as possible, sometimes leaving in the middle of the night to make sure we had parts to repair the rig the next morning.

We are pleased to have Loadcraft as a provider on all our new rigs. In our business, every rig breaks down, but I can be certain that Loadcraft will back their product, in some cases, even long after the warranty period is over. He is happy with his first rig and it is performing well. In comparison with his rigs from a competitor, we are stride for stride in terms of quality and performance. He used the analogy of a ½ ton fully rigged pickup vs. a ¾ ton fully rigged pickup. (Loadcraft being the ¾ ton) Rodney Behrens, Loadcraft Industries Customer Service Manager, had done a good job introducing Herman to his rig and showing him how it performs on the pull pad. In addition to providing customer service, Rodney is going above and beyond to issue a work platform at least the last minute to get parts sold to Herman due to his last minute request. He will also provide a field service tech to assist in the assembly.
